Following their sell-out appearance at the Jazz Café last year, the Sam Jewison Orchestra return to pay tribute to Frank Sinatra.
Sinatra is a man who truly needs no introduction. From the onset of Sinatra-mania in 1942 to his death in 1998, Sinatra was not only a superstar, but the archetypal jazz singer. Nothing says it’s Christmas more than listening to his back catalogue of festive songs, from ‘Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas’ to ‘The Little Drummer Boy’ and everything in between.
To do justice to Ol’ Blue Eyes, we’ve once again teamed up with Sam Jewison and his Orchestra. Fresh from a host of performances this year, the orchestra is dedicated to recreating the sound of the Big Band and Golden Age of Hollywood eras.
Led by vocalist, pianist and conductor Sam Jewison, who has been described by the National Operatic and Dramatic Association as “an M.D. professional beyond his years”.
