We are teaming up with Total Refreshment Centre, one of our favourite jazz brands in London, to celebrate some of the 20th Century’s greatest jazz albums. Across 12 Mondays in 2017, our handpicked musicians will reinvent and reinterpret the likes of Charles Mingus, Dave Brubeck, Charlie Parker and John Coltrane.

A selection of some of the finest players currently contributing to London’s contemporary jazz scene, the band features a revolving line-up of players led by one of the UK’s most talented pianists and band leaders, Ashley Henry.

Each Monday for 12 weeks, Ashley and his band will take on an album they know intimately, using the choruses and melodies as a springboard to seamlessly blend old and new.
