Immersive Music and Dance
Ariwo present: Contours (Matinee Show)

Saturday 7th November

Contours is a live series of collaborative music and dance performances by Ariwo, a London-based electronic quartet led by Pouya Ehsaei (zabte Sote/Opal Tapes) and grammy-winning percussionist Hammadi Valdes.

Rooted in electronics and Afro-Cuban rhythms, the band has also previously incorporated like-minded musicians from London’s thriving jazz scene including Binker Golding, Jay Phelps and Yelfris Valdés.

The first edition of Contours sees Ariwo partner with Cuban choreographer Etian Antuche Almeida (formerly of Ballet Rakatan) to create an immersive show that explores our physical connections throughout lockdown. Fellow dancer Vanessa Guevara Flores, who specialises in contemporary and traditional dance from Mexico and the African diaspora, joins on stage for this mesmerising performance.

Enjoy table service and drinks on the ground floor or a little bit of luxury and a view overlooking the stage from our mezzanine restaurant. Tickets for this show are bought in groups of 2, 3, 4 or 6 depending on the table you select.
