Britfunk has been rocking The Jazz Cafe’s walls since we opened.

Featuring a 10-piece collective of musicians from Beggar & Co, Central Line, Hi-Tension and ex-members of Light of the World and Incognito, the band channels some of the finest sounds which have arisen from Britain’s funk, jazz and soul history.

Expect to hear classics such as Time, Somebody (Help Me Out), Walking Into Sunshine, Hi-Tension and British Hustle.

This is not a tribute band but instead a celebration of the music played by the original and founding members joined by some of their long-time colleagues who so happen to be some of the finest of the genre around.
