Brazilian Bass Sensation
Fernando Rosa

Wednesday 24th January

Fernando Rosa is one of the greatest bassists of the current global musical scene. He was recently invited to be part of Lenny Kravitz’s band, where Fernando’s unique groove and his authentic aesthetic made him stand out as an artist. He’s the first Brazilian musician to enter Ernie Ball Music Man’s roster of artists, joining virtuosos like Eric Clapton, Jimmy Page and Paul McCartney.

Following his bass videos becoming a viral sensation, he then launched project ALIVE, taking to the live stages alongside international music superstars on a sold-out European tour.

Returning to Europe with his brand-new show FUNKSHIP, the performance combines the soul, funk and disco groove that Fernando masterfully performs along with an afro-futuristic aesthetic that will create an out-of-this-world experience for all who are part of it.

By his side on stage will be David Palmer, drummer from Rod Stewart’s band since 1990 who played on records of artists such as Sting, Al Green and Pet Shop Boys; and Magoo, Funk driven singer/keyboardist who worked with the likes of D Train and Howard Johnson.
