The Chicago-born, Brooklyn-based vibraphonist is a sophisticated jazz performer with a sound steeped in the post-bop tradition.
He cracked the Top Ten Billboard Jazz Albums chart with his Edison Award-winning debut record, Kingmaker, on Blue Note with eruptive critical acclaim. Ross has engaged with a bevy of performers including Herbie Hancock, Gerald Clayton and Stefon Harris, and he later formed his own Good Vibes ensemble for his 2020 release, Who Are You?.
