All-stars from the contemporary afrobeats, amapiano and afro-bashment scenes take over the Jazz Cafe once again, this time across every Friday in October, headed up by pioneering British-Ghanaian producer Juls.
2023 has been another massive year for Juls: collaborations with the likes of Duckworth, Benji Flow and more have added to the giant a-list of artists he’s worked alongside, such as Lauryn Hill, Burna Boy, Goldlink and more. The huge success of his ‘Sounds Of My World’ album still rings as one of the most influential modern albums from the African diaspora – and with another album on the near-horizon, we predict an even bigger year for Juls.
Support has been hand picked across each night of the residency, as Juls magnifies the intricate and diverse dance music sounds from the African diaspora. We look forward to revealing more about this soon.
