A fundamental pillar of reggae’s revival movement, broke onto the Jamaican reggae scene with Rebel Music in 2011 with hit songs including “Free From Chains” and “Warrior” starring Protoje. His hip hop origins were obvious in his lyrical approach and strong hitting beats, setting the groundwork for an ever-growing career that culminated in the Grammy nominated album “The Kalling,” produced by Reggae veteran Damian “Jr Gong” Marley.
