This is the rescheduled evening show from Friday 08 January. All tickets for the previous date remain valid.
UK soul legend and Jazz Cafe regular Omar teams up with trumpeter Quentin Collins and tenor sax titan Brandon Allen for a melange of jazz, R&B, funk and soul.
QCBA are an organ driven quartet of virtuosos playing smart, sassy, contemporary and original music. Influenced by the great Blue Note era of the 60s, they’ve taken the jazz scene by storm with their eclectic collaborations.
This time they team with soul singer Omar, whose goose-pimple-inducing vocals make this a must-see explosion of soul-funk infusion.
Line up:
Omar – Vocals
Quentin Collins – Trumpet
Brandon Allen – Tenor Saxophone
Ross Stanley – Hammond organ
James Maddren – Drums
