Raury is an Atlanta-based artist who defies genre boundaries with his unique blends of RnB, alternative folk, rap, and electronic music. As a singer, rapper, guitarist, songwriter, and producer, he embodies a free-spirited approach to music-making.

He made his commercial full-length debut album in 2015, which hit the Billboard 200 with help from the lead single “Friends” featuring Tom Morello, remixed by Tom Misch, and with additional guest appearances from B.o.B, Big K.R.I.T. and RZA. He also contributed to the SBTRKT album, Wonder Where We Land.

His recorded work and desire to create not just a new genre but a new culture, were promising enough to earn a long-list nomination for the BBC Sound of 2015 poll, and he continues to confound expectations in 2023.
