The acclaimed musician Rhiannon Giddens uses her art to excavate the past and reveal bold truths about our present. Her recent collaboration with multi-instrumentalist Francesco Turrisi, There Is No Other, was nominated for a Grammy.

Having played some of the biggest venues across the US, including Obama’s White House, the five-time Grammy Nominee and MacArthur award winner, her folk orientated productions incorporate a wide array of influences from gospel to bluegrass.

Her new project fuses her standout banjo playing skill with the virtuosity of multi-instrumentalist and life-partner Francesco Turrisi.
