Rhythm Section returns in the new year with a heavy and eclectic line up featuring Jan Schulte’s psychedelic live project Wolf Müller with Niklas Wandt, London’s latest soulful jazz newcomers The Colours That Rise and enigmatic spoken word artist Strangelove.
Jan Schulte aka Wolf Müller aka Bufiman’s skills as a DJ are second to none, wth numerous performances over the years under the SE15 neon. He teams up Niklas Wandt to perform music new and old from his slow but hot burning production alias Wolf Müller.
The Colours That Rise
This relatively new act puts together top multi-instrumentalists Simeon Jones and Nathanael Williams. Taking a mixed approach between live instruments and synths their sound is something akin to Harvey Sutherland meets Yussef Kamaal. Having broken through last year with an excellent EP ‘2020’ featuring the likes of bass virtuoso Tom Driessler, synth wiz Danalogue, and drummer Chris Price. We are proud to present their Jazz Cafe live debut so don’t miss it!
One of London’s finest spoken word talents graces the stage to speak mind over matter.
As always, Bradley will be taking to the decks to navigate us through another night of musical discovery.
